Woodlake Veterinary Hospital PA's Support Team

Kay Harkema
Practice Manager
I have worked at Woodlake Veterinary Hospital for almost 25 years. I started while I was attending school to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. I have worked in many roles in the clinic and now serve as the office manager. I love working with the animals and getting to know them and their owners. I live in the area with my husband and three boys.
I have many pets of my own; two dogs, "Dutch" a black lab and "Dusty" a Nova Scotia Duck Trolling Retriever; two cats, "Bandit" and "Sugar" (who is diabetic). We also have rabbits, parakeet and a guinea pig. I also am fostering a Miniature Schnauzer named "Sam". My other hobbies include gardening, knitting and crocheting.
Heather Harvet CVT
Technician
I graduated from Medical Institute of Minnesota in December of 1993 and have worked at this clinic for about 15 years. My favorite part of the job is ensuring life long human and animal bond and teaching clients how to relate to their pets.
My hobbies are quilt making, cooking for my family and last year I started making stained glass windows.
I own three Cornish Rex cats. They are a joy to have and play with. The female is three and her name is "Lola". The males just turned one on July 10th, 2009 and their names are "Rocco" and "Romeo".
My husband Chris is very supportive of all that I do. We have two daughters, Zoey 12 and Molly 10.
Kim Kosin CVT

I graduated from Argosy University in May of 2008. I started working at Woodlake in 2007 as a student and now as a certified technician. I have two dogs and one cat that I love dearly!
Melissa Waldbillig CVT
Technician
I went to school at Argosy University and graduated in 2007. In May of that same year I started working at Woodlake Veterinary Hospital. I have a Golden Retriever named "Callie" and she is my baby. I like spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy snowboarding in the winter months when there is time. In the summer and spring "Callie" and I go for walks and try to make it up to the cabin!
