Woodlake Veterinary Hospital PA's Veterinarians
Dr. Meg Glattly Co-owner. I graduated from Iowa State University in 1979 and have practiced at Woodlake Veterinary Hospital since 1980. I am married with three grown children and I share my home with two cats and two German Wirehaired Pointers. My hobbies include gardening, cooking, sewing, going to the cabin, travel and syruping. I am an active volunteer on the MN Board of Veterinary Medicine and the National Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners. What I love most about this job is the relationships I have developed with pet owners over the years and the challenge of medical cases. | | Dr. Julie Roguski I grew up in Fairbanks, Alaska, and earned my Bachelor of Science degree there, then moved to the Twin Cities in 1985. I graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992, and have been at Woodlake since 1994. I currently live in Prior Lake with my husband, seven-year-old son, and four cats. I dabbled in acting and stand-up comedy before becoming a mother and veterinarian and I long for a fenced-in yard so I can add a dog to the family. | | Dr. Sarah Bourn Graduated from Iowa State University in 1999. She and her husband just had their first child, who was born on June 27, 2009. His name is McKinley. | Dr. Joan Onffroy I graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1992 and have practiced at Woodlake Veterinary Hospital since 2000. I am married and have four cats. My hobbies include hiking, gardening, cooking, Jazzercize and travel. I am a Hennepin County Master Gardener and a member of the Superior Hiking Trail Association and of the Sierra Club. What I like most about being a veterinarian is the interaction I have with my clients and diagnosing and resolving medical and surgical problems. | | Dr. Denise Nelson I have been working in the veterinary medical field for the past 25 years. I started out doing kennels at Park Pet Hospital in St. Louis Park and then moved up to reception and veterinary assistance. I attended the University of Minnesota and attained a DVM degree in 1990. Following graduation I worked at several different clinics before coming to Woodlake as a part-time/on-call vet. Some of my hobbies I enjoy are dog training, camping, hiking and spending time with my two dogs and two cats. My favorite part of the job is keeping pets happy and healthy and helping sick and injured animals get better. I also try to create a fun and relaxed environment for my co-workers, clients and their pets to enjoy. I especially like making my co-workers and clients laugh. I try to enjoy life to the fullest.
